The company will lose a lot of money by not accepting debit cards. I've been with the company for 3 years now, and that's how I paid.

You need to still accept debit cards you will lose alot of money not accepting them. There's going to be alot of unsatisfied customers because they can't use their debit cards.

I had cancelled my member ship on April 3rd and received confirmation of it however your company still charged my card 49.95 this making it go into over draft. I am requesting my 49.95 PLUS my 30 dollar over draft fee be returned to my account.
I have email confirmation and banking proof of the over draft and charges.
This is a fraudulent charge as you had no permission to take funds AFTER the account was cancelled. Please advise.

I called because I had to change a shoe size on an order I already order. The service representative cancelled my previous order, and reordered me the correct shoe size.
He was very helpful and said the refund will go back on my card up to 72 hours.
I reallly like the products at Fabkids. I will order from them in the future.

I have reached out via website chat and phone asking to cancel my subscription. Ive asked for the last two months.
Please refund the last 2 charges, and cancel my subscription. The shoes are cheap and dont last longer than a month.

I think that you're company really stinks and I won't be using you again. My child was disappointed because he didn't have his shoes for the 1st day of school and I ordered them in plenty of time to get them and now they said I'm not gonna get him at all. So no I won't be ordering from your company at any time in the future.
